Piece of quadrangular morphology from iberico pig’s belly, obtained after extracting the rib cage. Iberico skin-on belly has significantly higher fat to lean ratio than conventional pork providing a unique consistency and flavor. We cut the whole belly into small pieces to facilitate its consumption.

Ideal to make your own bacon, roast, or fry in cubes. Need to be cooked low and slow.
